A pair of neighbors have notified the Natural Resources Board that they plan to appeal to the Vermont Environmental Court the issuance of an Act 250 permit for a boiler project at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital. "We have reached the end of tolerance for having to go to bed every night with machines whining in our ears, to be woken up every morning by truck alarms and squealing brakes of tractor trailers pulling into our driveways!" states a letter submitted to the Board.
